Ah-Mund, My Brother
Friday, October 28, 2005
My brother, two year short of hitting the big TWO-O (20) is at the stage where he's trying (very hard) to attract the attention of anything that has boobs. Yes, he even try to seduce Yoyo, but the little princess, has better taste than that. Sniff.

What did he do? After spotting the Mohawk hair-style a few weeks ago (and after a few girls approach him for his mobile no) he's now on a hair-style changing rampage. There's the wind-in-hair style, and now, the helmet-style, which he claimed that it's sooo hot in Japan right now. (how the hell he know, I have no idea)

Here's how he looked:
Edmund says, 'helmet hair-style'
Pardon me if I've just give you a shock. I swear my brother looks pretty decent (and normal, and better) on normal day. Just that you see, yoyo had just rejected his advances... -pat Yoyo-

Then, while taking this picture of him, I realised that he's sms-ing... with the help of a dictionary (!?). WTF, a huge disgrace to Nokia, who was the pioneer of SMS-dictionary.

Nokia 6170 with the Cambridge Dictionary. Duh.
The dictionary dated back to my Primary school days. Not only is the pages all falling apart, there's is a at-least-nine-years-stain on it. If you open your eyes wide enough.

Edmund says, 'Siao, my secret out liao'
"Siao, my deepest secret out now, how am I going to live on?"

Haha, just a mini-episode lah.. Can you imagine, while we were fooling around with the camera, we found a little creature, quietly, taking in what we are doing...

huh? like that also kana caught!

This little girl is watching free show lor... So, we INCLUDE her in the show.. Friendship appearance.

Well, like all low-budget film, where all the excitment & suspense roll out for 1hr30min, the show will come to an anti-climax ending.

That's all folks! -roll credit-

Molested
Monday, October 24, 2005
Bought Yoyo over to Hubby's place, hoping she gets to play with his 2 girls. Turn out Coco was having rashes, so she was not in mood to play. It's the first time I saw her this quiet. Oreo, on the other hand, was wantin something more.. It's that time again, and she's horny. This time round, no boyfriend. So she tried dry-humping Coco, who had no energy to fight back. She tried to get it on with Yoyo too. Bad choice, the ah-lian gave her a piece of her mind, growling warning time & again.. Finally, seeking refugee on my side. Poor thing.

But it's a funny sight though.. Seeing Yoyo scrambling in fear whenever Oreo came close. She must be wonderin what's wrong with her friend today.

Piece of my mind:
Sometimes, I wonder why am I doing so much for.. Thanks there was none, just a hell lot of finger pointing around.

Monkey toilet-paper holder is super cute. Use it to hold Yoyo's toilet-paper. She adores the monkey, the first night I came back, I place this monkey on the top of my bed, it kana attacked in the middle of the night!!! Yoyo kidnapped it... The top is very cheap 199baht too! The mini ballet shoes is for Clarrise, my friend's daughter. No, correction, it's Princess Clarrise, watch out for her temper!!

All right, last but not least, is some of the picture taken at the company reward dinner, which Hubby got his Fastrack award. Thank you all of you for showing your support. We can achieve this, is because of all of you. -hug everyone-
(The picture is not very well taken.. you know lah, by Wesley ma..)

Back. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Sick
Thursday, October 20, 2005
Well, I'm back -smile-Have a few updates on things.. Some good, some bad, and some.. nerving. But well, life throw things in your face, whether you like it or not.

First thing first, yes, i've enjoyed shopping at bangkok, and the whatever little sleep i've got in the 4nights there (Geez, drinking till BKK4 or 5am! and waking up at BKK 8am, try it for 4 nights straight.). But no, not total enjoyment, as I'm left alone to shop most of the time..

This trip there had alot of impact on me.. First, I found out something, which I'd rather not know. It totally changed my perspective of someone whom i had held in high regards in my heart. Again, ugliness of life, some people are just not what they portray to be. They want to be that kinda person, but sadly, they are not.

Certain things happened, yet, like the tsunami effect, the damage can only be measured after everything had calm down. Alot of things had a chain impact. I'm sorry things turn out that way, but well, as i said, it's an chain impact. Blame it on the starter impact. What we can do now, is just to salvage whatever we can.

Like all other trips, you'd see people's other side of the faces, faces which do not show in the office. There were good, there were bad. I'm glad I'm closer to some of my other colleagues now. Having shared something in this trip.

I've received a bad news on my second day in Bangkok-- My uncle (ah-yee's husband) had passed away, after being diagnose with last stage lung cancer for 3 days. he couldn't even make it to see his test report. Leaving behind a paralyse wife, a son, and a low IQ daughter. Now, the heavy burden of taking care of the two women in the house had landed solely on the shoulders of my cousin.

He was so strong, he didn't even shed a tear throughout the wake. yet, on my night there, many a times, I had seen him, sitting by himself smoking, thinking hard, swollow hard. As if there's a lump in his throat that couldn't be cleared. My heart went out to him.

So many things, it make me ponder in the twists & turns of life. One never know what lies in the next corner of the road. One minute you might stillbe happily with your loved ones, the next, you might be gone.

Enough of bad stuff, hold on while I load the pics of loot (I promise, very soon). Very little of pics taken in bangkok, as the camera's with hubby. And the silly man keep the camera safety within the walls of his hotel room! In fact, he just took the pictures of elephants only, shall post it up soon. -wink-

Alrite alrite..
Wednesday, October 12, 2005
I have nothing to blog, so it's just a whole lot of crap..

Hee.. I'm excited about Bangkok.. This time round, it's so long.. I dunno how long i can keep myself under control, before the purse's seam burst, and i go on a never-before-crazy shopping spree. God save me.. I still have 10 more days to go after I come back, to my pay day..

If you see me buskering on the street, you know what happened. So please, give generously.

Now, luggage 80% packed.

Bye everyone, pray that I dun get that haunted room @ Asia again :S

Final Sprint 2006
Friday, October 07, 2005
It's the second Final Sprint Seminar that I had attended in my time with my present company yesterday..

The last time, we had Taufik as the seminar guest, all my goosebumps stand for him throughout the 2 songs he sang.. I'm surprised that his singing was so smooth.. yet sensual. At the end of it, I'm full of conviction that yes, HE'S the Singapore Idol. I put a mental tick on his head, meaning -- Approved. Heh.

This time round, it's Kelvin, our first Super Star. Being know Kelly, I of course, will put my vote on her. Even though I had heard of Kelvin's singing at Causeway Point (it stopped so many people in their tracks, I thought there had been an accident or smthg..)

But hearing him singing "Live" & "un-plug" on the stage again, he had improve tremendously.
His voice totally blown me when he open his mouth.

It makes me re-think again.
Watching him being led away by his helper after the song, yes, he's handicap nature hasn't buy me over, on his stand on the superstardom. But undenieable, he's really talented.

I guess that's what people say.. "Shi li pai ge shou"

Updating on the Passing Time
Wednesday, October 05, 2005
Haven't been updating for awhile.. One was due to the damn keyboard, which, by now, had been exchanged. And is working perfecting fine now. :) Two was because of (What else?) W.O.R.K.

Now they the qualifier had been confirmed, there's some paper recording to do.. And must finish all my stuff first, before making that Bangkok trip. It's so long.. 5day 4nights. I'm already homesick before I set out. -hug Yoyo tight tight-

But this trip, I'm going to control my spending. It's so wierd. I'm always there, and before setting off, I will tell myself, "Aiya, nothing to buy one lah.. Every trip still the same.." BUT, it's still 1 bag when I go, at least 3 bags when I come back. -Sigh- Blame it on the currency rate, everything's filthy cheap!!!! I've already plan what to get for my princess while I'm there:

~One more outfit, preferably of fairy kind one. Can wear to Big Walk next Year?
~One pair of shoes (oops, 2 pair lah, 4 leggie mah)
~One lorry-ful of treats (Yeah meimei, happy anot? -hug Yoyo & dance)
~Diamond studded collar (Ya, very lian, but so what? She is, and proud of it!)

Sigh, sorry I disgress.. I'm supposed to be talking about control spending here.. Irony -__-"
Well, everyone in office is very excited about the trip now.. With only one more week to go, everybody is asking everybody on what to bring, what to buy, and what to be left behind.. So can imagine the chitter-chatter.. And it's endless, everytime something related comes up (e.g. Shopping/buy things/ flight/hotel/ hoilday) the chitter chatter starts all over again..

-speechless-

On a side complaining note, I lost my favourite m)phosis jacket. I'm certain it's in my house somewhere.. BUT WHERE!!!!!!! I gather it's been missing for some time.. But I didn't realised it. Sigh. My fault. I'm a hard-core "out-of-sight-out-of-mind" person when it comes to my clothes. That's why I always wear my new pieces, if not, it'll be hanging in my cupboard, and I'll conveniently forget about it.. Don't blame me, it's the cupboard fault, it's sooo over-flowing, I can't see anything in it.

Repeat: It's me the cupboard.
