Christmas Loot
Friday, December 30, 2005
This is from the secretary in my office.. Such coincident that we got smething for each other even without any verbal agreement.. It's abit heavy, but it's very nice.. Cos it's huge.. Compared to my other earrings..
This is from Shirley's house Party. I got the No. 4, meaning, 4th to get to choose my gift! Lucky... Initially had wanted to try my luck to draw for fiona's present, cos we bought it together.. And I know it's cute.. But turn out all the gifts looked the same under the wrapper... Sigh...
This is from Shirley too. Especially for me.. Had my name on it. Cool~ With all my favourite bling bling! This is my xmas present for myself! This is Grumpy's present from Shirley's party.. It's actually a cushion.. Yoyo's latest interest. She's just waiting to get her hands.. erm.. paws.. on it when grumpy's not looking...Waiting patiently for any chances....Ha ha.. And with this, I can safely conclude an end to 2005 christmas, and very soon.. Year 2005. Frankly, I'm quite excited about 2006. And the things it holds for me.. I have a feeling that my life would take a drastic change.. Can we ride out the storm like what we did the last time? or something better will turn out? Will I change boyfriend? Nobody know... =)My new year resolution:-spend less money. I'm getting more & more outta control.. -Save more save more!!! -And I'll travel less often, so that Yoyo will not cry and bite herself, and I won't be forced into making her botak..-And as usual (and it will expire by March, also as usual)... LOSE WEIGHT LOSE WEIGHT!!!! I shall jog more, skip more, eat less, and less buffet. Now now... Hello 2006! My new year wish will be that Grumpy will be more & more successful in his career! Yeah!

There's this thick festive atmosphere in the air... Hmm.. Sitting in Shirley's house always trigger alot of emotions within me. When will I have a house to call my own?
Sigh. A few more years ba...
Anyway, collected alot of gifts! Big ones small ones, but all good ones. =)
Christmas come & go.. but what left behind is more than gifts. It's a warm feelings of being rememebred & loved by family & friends...

Different phrase of Life
Monday, December 19, 2005
Funny how we see things as we age. Even if it's the same picture.
When you were a kid... Seeing a picture of an old couple holding hands...
You would scream, "see! Ah-gong ah-ma! (grandpa & grandma)"
When you were a teenager... Seeing a picture of an old couple holding hands...
You would wonder... "so old already... are they still having sex or not?"
When you were an young adult.. Green from school... Seeing a picture of an old couple holding hands...
You melted. Swearing you are going to find a man like the old man, and spend the whole life together..
When you are out working for sometimes... Seeing a picture of an old couple holding hands...
And you go "Wa lao, surely is 2nd Spring (new woman) one.. or the mistress"
....................-speechless-
Strange how thinking change, when one is being molded in the corporate world... -sigh-
Anyway.. Grumpy bought the Nintendo DS over the weekend, so now, both of us are oh-so-obsessed about the Nintendogs now. We were practically fighting for the machines like 5-year-old. Welcome to the world of adult gamers...
And meet Pixie, my newly bought Pembroke Welsh Corgi, the Nintendog In a day, Pixie had learnt her name, the command "sit" & "shake hand"And these are voice command too!xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxToday, I learnt that a close-sec/poly-sch-friend's brother passed away...I know that telling you to take it easy is redundant. Just want to know that, in the event when you need anything.. A lot of people are on standby beside you. You are not alone... All you need to do is call.Take care of yourself, Kelvin. My condolence to your family..

I WANT CLOTHES FROM VICTORIA SECRET!!!
Ever since my graduation project (We were doing Victoria Secret's) I had fallen madly in love with their clothes.. No matter if it's jus a simple tee or lacy, raunchy under-garments.. They are so fabulous!
Simple yet nice top.. Long sleeves!
More of the tops!!
And some of the dresses...
-drool-
Too bad, it takes like, SG$100 just to get a top, and about SG$150 to get those dresses.. With all the tax & shipping fees, might as well search for it in Singapore right?-Sigh-Everything's so nice!!!!! -sulk-

Happy Week
Friday, December 09, 2005
This have been the happiest week in months. I felt like I'm dreaming, with all things happening around me in blurred, snowy image.. Not to mention the thickening festive atmosphere ... Yes, work was hectic, with the coming events in January, everyone in the committee is getting panicky. So the tension is definitely there... On top of regular meetings, and rushing by production by the sales team.. But it did nothing to my already-holidaying-mood. =)
Monday. Thousands thanks to Judy. I met my 13-year crush (See picture). She had invited me to the Gala premiere of Perhaps.Love at Victoria Concert Hall. It's not just Takeshi, but also our meeting up since we graduated from Poly.
Judy dear, you are still as gorgeous, I still can't see the double chin you were whining to me about..
I didn't bring my camera (so is Judy), since it was a last minute thingy.. Got the invitation from Jud like, nearly 5pm? I wasn't even dressed up! -pout- But well, it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance I have here... So here's the picture taken with Judy's company's 2-megapixle camera.. It's far from clear, but at least the silhouette still can be seen.. I'll try ways to load the video. It's better.. SEE VIDEO HERE!
Tuesday. I couldn't recall what I did. Memory erased!?
Wednesday. I went home straight from work at 6pm. Reach home at 7.15pm. The earliest in the 3-4months? Call for celebration! Just realised that 7pm show very nice... got Fann some more..
Thursday. I WENT GUCCI SALE.
This is a clutch, a sling-bag & a shoulder bag all rolled into one. And at the amazing price of $455. How can I resist it?! Thanks to Fiona, for paying it for me till I get the money from another account.
Friday. Had a surprise gift.
THANK YOU Cornelius!!! I know you are reading this!!! Web-stalker!!! All-the-same, thank you thank you thank you... But what's the occasion? -scratch head-
Parting shot.. My girl's hair is finally growing out liao! =D So not used to seeing her pink pink one..

Over the Weekend
Monday, December 05, 2005
Had fun, had joy and a fair share of gossip.
Not only did Mr. Grumpy keep me company the whole of Sunday, which hasn't happen for at least 3 weeks already (And I learnt NEVER to take free Sunday for granted. Thank you Mr. Client, for pushing the appointment to Monday) and I had Mahjong at Fiona's.
I won $$. Less than $10, and I blew it all off on 4D. Stupid mum fed me false info, and I was tricked into buying the number, big time. Bleh! -show fist-
Speaking about mahjong, I think I'm jinxed in the Melissa & company. I always lose. In fact, I couldn't remember the last time I win. it's just a matter of big loss, or small loss. Why huh? Out of that company, I seldom lose. I won when playing with Grumpy's family, I won when playing with my family, and I won when playing with Fiona & company. And I didn't "zha hu".
Why???
Nevermind. It's the company that's important. I love playing mahjong with Mel & company, coz it's more than a mahjong session. It's a time when we share, confess -poke Ellie-, and gossip. I love Ellie when she gives in to me, love Mellie when she do the spidery finger-walk, I love to hear Aina on her stories. So.. I don't mind losing a little. Oh, and I can fart loudly.
With Fiona & company, it's totally different. There's always very loud laughter, lotsa green tea to pass around, and a whole load of "Can feed me or not!" follow by a chain of empty threats. Anyway, Grumpy had a bloody-red-lucky day at Fiona's. Having won a whooping $38 with just 2 "feng". Impressive. He practically empty Fiona's capital. ha!
Have something to show you... Go on, don't be shy.. Click on them to see larger version.. They are soo... drop-dead gorgeous.... -stunned-GEEZ!!!! I can't wait!!!!!
