Monday. In colleague's car. Going to Beach Road for the famous Hainam Chicken Rice..While driving...J: Eh.. i wanted to go by the Nicolle Highway, but is the road close?Grumpy: Why is the road close?S: Don't you know? The president Bush is coming.Me, zonking out all these while..Me: Huh!? President ambush? How? They dare to ambush the president and be so open about it? Still must close the road!?-silence-Then everyone laugh. Now I know, if I hear something out of the perimeter of being "normal", I keep my mouth shut. Must be my hearing not right. -sulk-

Hurt
Monday, November 06, 2006
I hurt my back.It all started when I was painting my house, I carried a 5kg pail of paint and tried to pour it into a smaller container for easier mobility. When I lifted the can up, I felt a wierd strain on my lower back, near the waist there. But I didn't think much of it. But for days after, my back have this dull ache. My mum bought me lotsa "ko-yok"Then Saturday (the one that just passed), while I was queueing for taxi at Causeway Point, after buying all the pillow & bolsters -For all of you who knows, I don't just sneeze once, it'd be a CHAIN of sneezes. My highest record was 25 times in a row, with only a wee 1sec interval -Record taken by my baby brother.- I had a bout of sneezes again. The last one was deep, when I sneezed, i felt this shot of pain up my spine, it was so pain, I couldn't stand straight after that. I couldn't bend also, and I had trouble getting into the cab after that. Now, I'm in pain no matter what position I'm in. Standing, sitting.. even when I'm lying down. I think I've got a nerves strained, or something's pushing my nerves down. Yes, i'm thinking about slip disc. And seriously, I am starting to gt worried...And you know I'm serious, when I can sit by myself for 4 hours next to the mahjong table and NOT get involve. If I need to be hospitalise, please join Fiona in bringing apples to visit me okay? Although i still haven't heard of people being hospitalise for slip-disc, but it's a just-in-case.
