Day 1: Shanghai, -2Deg
The cold air hit upon my face like a block of wood the moment I step out of the plane. I'm amazed that there are air-port still using the "bus to terminal" service. And I'm not the only one, there's two ladies from Singapore who were just wearing T-shirt & pants, thinking the air-port should tunnels to terminal, and a heater to keep the travellors warm.
Wrong twice.
Well, the ladies shrieked, and ran screaming all the way onto the bus, as fast as they could. once unto the bus, they huddle in a small corner, shivering in cold.
Thankfully, I have my jacket in a hand-held luggage, that saved me from the suffering, and embarassment. The airport itself was just like a giant fridge, one had to keep moving to feel your toes.

First stop after checking in: Nanjing Road (Comparable to Orchard Road in Singapore)
We hit the very popular restaurant: 沈大城. First meal of the day:
See the bubble tea? I absolutely adores it!!! It's hot, the pearls were chewy, the perfect thing one can have in the midst of winter. Believe it or not, I have at least 3 cups a day while I'm there! The mee, it's crazy... the amount of mee they serve is enough to feed a family of 3. Sigh...
I couldn't say for the wanton though, only 15 pieces a bowl. Humph!
That's all for the moment, stay tune for Day 1, part 2. :)
